1940s Mulco Spillman case with rare luminous dial

Made in the 1940s, this beautiful and rare Mulco chronograph, preserved in a very nice condition, is housed in a strong all brushed Spillmann case of 36mm and features a, rare for this model, luminous dial with radium numerals.

While having somehow left aside by collectors, Mulco chronographs finally get the attention they deserve. Usually made with high quality cases, often by Spillmann, one of the greatest casemaker of the era, with nicely finished high-grade movements (like the Valjoux 22 of this model), they are definitely great watches, definitely worth collecting.
