1940s Omega Triple Date Moonphase Cosmic ref. 2471/1

This rare Omega Cosmic from the 40s is a true gem. Aficionados know how difficult it is to find them unrestored, so when an unpolished and perfectly preserved example pops out, it usually does not stay long on the market.

This one has a rare coffin marker dial, a clean an 100% unpolished case and a beautiful dial, showing a light champagne patina. The moonphase is chocolate and gold and is a fest for the eyes.

Condition

The watch is overall in very good condition. The dial is almost pristine, with 2 very light spots under the month window. It is unrestored and shows a nice lacquered finish. The case shows some barely noticeable aging marks and remains unpolished. The hands and crown are original to the watch. The movement was fully overhauled and comes with a 12 months guarantee.
