1940s Vetta Impermeable chronograph in a Spillmann case

Made in the 1940’s, this fine, large, stainless steel wristwatch with inversed pushers has a 38mm Spillmann case with angled lugs. These are among the nicest cases produced in this era, especially with reversed pushers.
This chronograph also features a cream dial with double scale, the typical blued Vetta hands and oversized sub-registers. Rare, bold and classy, this piece is a serious one, for serious collectors.
