1950s Omega Seamaster Jumbo ref. 2494 SC with its champagne dial

One of Omega’s flagship range was the Seamaster family, which appeared on dials in 1948. We present here a classic among the vintage dress watches, the Omega Seamaster in its reference CK 2494, aka “Jumbo”, for its large 36mm diameter. A real must-have of the early 50’s, it has the particularity of having an oversized case of 36mm that wears wonderfully well on the wrist.

Aesthetically speaking, its beatiful two tone dial with its gold dagger-shaped indexes and quarter Arabic numeral and dauphine hands make it a real eye-catcher.
