The oldest watch brand in the world, in continuous operation since its foundation in 1755, Vacheron Constantin was the first watch company to manufacture movements with interchangeable parts as early as 1839. Vacheron watches are admired for their Latin-influenced cases, well-balanced proportions and exquisitely finished movements of the highest quality.

The Geneva manufacture is known for its highly complicated masterpieces,Vacheron Constantin, unlike its fellow on the podium, is fortunate to be able to attest to the true exclusivity of each watch. From the 1940s to the late 1960s, they never produced more than 24 of each reference per configuration.

The watch you are looking at is the perfect testament to the house’s long-standing expertise and the chic period of the 50s/60s. The rectangular case presents a clean and precise design, guided by its uncommon flared lugs that perfectly fit on the wrist.

This reference 4591 is marvelous to the eyes, thanks to the pure and dual-tone dial highlighted by the effect of the beveled glass that destructures the whole. The sub-second adds the final touch to the classic appeal of this watch.

Inside the 24mm tonneau case, it is the Cal. 435/3C that animated this watch.
