1957 Lemania chronograph 105 ref. 805-2
Lemania is a name that should be familiar to collectors of vintage watches, if not for watches released under its own signature, but for its contributions to other brands. Founded in 1884 by the self-taught watchmaker Alfred Lugrin, the factory has long been known for lunching some of the best movements ever made.
Here is a nice Lemania 105 collector’s chronograph in stainless steel bearing the reference 805-2, a wise choice for a quality chronograph.
Elegant and refined, the watch is powered by the caliber 1280 which gives life to the glaive hands and 3 counters with hours and minutes addition functions. Equipped by a 35mm case with a screwed back, the chrono part is activated by rounds pushers. In short, you have here a rare collector’s piece in good condition.
