1959 Rolex Day-Date ref. 6611 with rare big logo bracelet

The Day-Date, both elegant and a proof of horological innovation, is without any doubt one of the greatest Rolex’s achievements.Combining elegance, sophistication, and robustness, it was the handy companion of some of the most important men of the 20th century.

This model is the early reference 6611, commercialised in the 50s. It features a more subtle bezel than the usual fluted one, an ivory “doorstop” dial with dauphine hands. Moreover, it comes with a super rare “Big Logo” Rolex President bracelet, slightly later than the head, in excellent condition, making this watch twice collectable.
