1966 Longines Diver ref. 7494 with extract
This vintage Longines diver is one of the best dive watch produced in our opinion, and certainly the best in a dual-crown supercompressor case. It is not only very appealing, but very contemporary, especially in this bold 42mm case.
This version, under the reference 7494, is among the last series with a glossy black dial and features a nicely aged luminous material. A bold watch, yet surprisingly easy to wear.
According to Longines Heritage Department, it was invoiced on 1966 to Binda, then Longines distributor in Italy.
Case materielStainless steel
The watch is in excellent condition. The case is sharp, the glossy black dial and hands are flawless, with a nice yellow matching radium. There is some varnish aging on the dial, visible under certain angles. The watch was recently professionally serviced and runs perfectly.
