Introducing the Zodiac Sea Wolf Automatic with date and stainless steel bezel, a legendary diver’s watch from the Sea Wolf line launched in 1953. Its popularity soared after its presentation at the 1964 World’s Fair.

A true Zodiac icon, the Seawolf’s design has changed surprisingly little since its launch. Its design has never been a question of fashion or prowess, but rather of functionality and reliability in an age of utilitarianism for professionals. The example here has the well-known applied steel markers with large lume plots at 6, 9, and 12, and shovel-shaped hands with lots of lume to match. The metal bidirectional bezel is in excellent condition.

Thanks to its Jubilee bracelet made by JB Champion, the Sea Wolf is both comfortable and funky on the wrist. It can be difficult to find one in excellent condition, as the bezel and the bracelet tend to wear quickly.
