1970 Zenith El Primero G583

In the vintage watch world, we often describe a timepiece as rare. Well in this case, we have the figures… Produced to only 350 examples, this absolutely gorgeous El Primero G583 chronograph is the quintessential dressy-sporty watch. Its soft and round 18kt gold case and its clean dial, without tachymeter scale (its specificity) make it a very elegant watch.

Rarely seen (and usually for much more, but you know what we think of overpricing…), this beautiful chronograph has developed a light dial patina, adding some warmth to it. It comes on a Zenith crocodile and with its original buckle.

Condition

The watch is in excellent condition. The 18kt gold case is unpolished and shows sharp lines. The dial is flawless and has developed a light golden patina around writings, like a sun at its zenith… The hands have been professionally relumed.
