1970s Heuer Autavia 73663 arabic “Shauntavia”
Before joining the Tag group, Heuer was famous for its sport chronographs, showing strong relationships with the racing world, especially in the 60s and the 70s.
This example comes from the line of manual racing chronographs developed by the brand at the time. It is the not so common “arabic orange” dial, also nicknamed “Shauntavia”, in its non-military version. Its particularity lies in the radial arabic numerals with orange indexes, on a black dial. Beautifully preserved, this is a must for any serious sport chronographs collectors.
