1970s Longines “Nonius” ref 8271 New Old Stock

This is a rare and very special chronograph produced by Longines in the late 60s – early 70s. Hosting a caliber 330, the Longines version of the mythical Valjoux 72, it is features a clear and nicely designed white dial with red accents and a specific sweep hand, ended with a Vernier scale device, allowing a 1/10 sec time measurement.

Very innovative in its time, this a must in a chronograph collection. Additionally, this very example is in unworn condition.
