1950s Unic Arsa chronograph

In 1898, the Swiss watchmaker Auguste Reymond created the company Auguste Reymond SA (ARSA), in Tramelan. Still active today, this company has a long history in the industry, having produced ébauches for many other companies, complete movements and watches, under different brands, including ARSA, UNIC and Unitas.

This chronograph, branded UNIC, probably produced in the early 1950s, comes in a nice faceted 35mm stainless steel case, both brushed and polished, in very sharp condition. The silver dial makes it a very elegant piece, perfectly complimented by the blued hands. In a nutshell, this is a nice, elegant and qualitative vintage chronograph, perfect for a smooth entry into the vintage world.
