1969 Rolex Datejust “Thunderbird” ref. 1625

The Turn-O-Graph was originally launched in 1953, with the design elements of the yet-to-come Submariner. This Rolex is the only classic Rolex watch to have a 60-minute graduated rotating bezel, it combines elegance and sportiness. After a few years, the line direction was changed to include the new models in the Datejust family. The proposed model is a beautiful and rare thunderbird reference 1625 from 1969.

This piece is equipped with a silver glossy or honeycomb dial, with applied baton hour markers, straight hands and central second hand, date window at 3 o’clock.
