Launched to celebrate the founding of the OMEGA brand in 1848, it was the first automatic chronograph to receive official chronometer certification. Only 2,000 pieces were produced for the occasion. The watch is powered by the caliber 1041 “Officially Certified Chronometer” version of the caliber 1040. This watch displays a date indicator, a 24-hour indicator with day/night reading and a quick date setting device.
