1990s Jaeger-Lecoultre Odysseus Automatic in yellow and pink gold
The history of Jaeger-Lecoultre dates back to 1833, in the heart of the Vallée de Joux. During this period, the company has been at the origin of numerous timepieces and great horological achievements, such as the Reverso, the Memovox and the Geomatic. As passionate advice, never miss an appointment with the absolute classic that is the Memovox.
Launched in the late 1980s, the Odysseus collection introduced at the time a new design language, for dress watches with the use of rare materials, like meteorite, and the combination of several metals for cases, such as yellow and pink gold, as in this very model.
This reference, under the number 165.7.89, is one of the main characters of this collection. If it looks, at first, like a regular gold dress watch with a white dial, it has much more to offer, when observed more closely. The pink gold inlays make the case very unique, the white dial features a discrete and modern minute graduation and the black hands give the whole a touch of sophistication.
