1960s Mathey Tissot rose gold chronograph with Valjoux 23
If Mathey-Tissot made movements are not rare, as this manufacture has been producing movement for the most prestigious brands for more than a century, Mathey-Tissot watches come less often to the market, as being produced in small batches. Due to the high expertise of the Mathey-Tissot family and employees, these watches are always perfectly finished, being, as such, highly collectible.
This exquisite chronograph, built around a superb and signed Valjoux 23, is the perfect classy-yet-slightly-sporty dress watch. Its 35mm rose gold case is extremely elegant, while its creamy dial shows enough simplicity to be worn tucked under a crisp white shirt. Finally, the blued chronograph hands add the touch of sophistication which makes this watch a killer. As simple as it sounds.
