1977 Vacheron Constantin ref. 43002 / 2020 full set

As the oldest watch brand in the world, in continuous operation since its foundation in 1755, Vacheron Constantin was the first watch company to manufacture movements with interchangeable parts as early as 1839. Vacheron watches are admired for their Latin-influenced cases, well-balanced proportions and exquisitely finished movements of the highest quality.

The Geneva manufacture is known for its highly complicated masterpieces, including the Grande Complication du Roi Farouk, the Tour de l’Ile, and masterpieces such as the traditional line, the 222 or the Overseas.

This nice dress-watch in 18kt yellow gold is the perfect demonstration of how to create a sophisticated masterpiece using the simplest of watchmaking arts. It comes in a very trendy cushion case with brushed finish, in top condition and unpolished, and features a nicely vertical-brushed champagne dial and thin hands.

Inside the extremely sharp 36mm case is the automatic K1120 movement, stamped with the Seal of Geneva, sign of high quality. The watch comes with its original box, papers, buckle and a new alligator VC strap.
