In 1972, Gerald Genta sketched the Royal Oak overnight and changed the course of luxury watchmaking. The octagonal bezel secured by eight visible hexagonal screws, the integrated bracelet, the Tapisserie guilloché dial — each element was a provocation at the time, and each has since become canonical. The 15300ST, produced from 2005 to 2012, represents the Royal Oak at 39mm: a size that many collectors now consider the ideal balance between the original 39mm spirit and contemporary wearability.

The white dial is among the most striking configurations of this reference. Where the blue and grey dials lean into the Royal Oak's sporty identity, white brings an almost formal clarity — the Tapisserie pattern still present and alive in the light, but the overall impression cooler, more architectural. Applied white gold indices and matching hands complete a composition of considerable refinement.
