The IWC Ingenieur SL Ref. 3306 is an iconic piece of 1980s industrial design, directly descending from Gérald Genta’s legendary blueprint. Part of the "SL" (Steel Line) collection and affectionately nicknamed the "Skinny", this timepiece stands out for its ultra-thin profile. This 3306 is particularly notable for its use of yellow gold, only for the bezel and crown.

With its integrated bracelet, signature five-screw bezel (the "porthole" design), and graph-paper textured dial, the 3306 delivers a technical, sporty, and distinctly avant-garde aesthetic, while maintaining an understated elegance on the wrist thanks to its modest mid-size dimensions.
