Magraph by Massena LAB and Raúl Pagès

2022 | Stainless steel | Manual | 38.5mm

Sale price€10.000,00

The Magraph, created in 2022 by Massena LAB in collaboration with independent watchmaker Raúl Pagès, is a 38.5 mm stainless steel limited edition of 99 pieces that pays homage to 1930s Bauhaus design with its clean sector-style dial, heat-blued hands, and small seconds at six o’clock. It houses Massena LAB’s first proprietary movement, the hand-wound caliber M660, developed under Pagès’s technical guidance and finished with Côtes de Genève, anglage, perlage, and his discreet tortoise hallmark beneath the balance. Visible through a sapphire caseback, the movement delivers a 60-hour power reserve at 28,800 vph. The watch is paired with a sustainably sourced indigo sturgeon-skin strap by Jean Rousseau, underscoring its blend of heritage inspiration, artisanal craftsmanship, and modern independent watchmaking.

Massena Lab

Massena LAB, founded in 2018 by longtime collector and watch industry veteran William Massena, is a creative horological studio dedicated to producing limited-edition timepieces that blend vintage inspiration with modern craftsmanship. Drawing on Massena’s background as Antiquorum’s COO and Managing Director of TimeZone, the brand collaborates with independent watchmakers and niche manufacturers to reinterpret classic design codes in fresh, contemporary ways. Its projects—ranging from the early Habring² ERWIN LAB01 to partnerships with Louis Erard, UNIMATIC, and Sylvain Pinaud—highlight a philosophy of experimentation, collaboration, and respect for horological heritage. In 2024, Massena LAB earned international recognition by winning the Chronograph Watch Prize at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève, cementing its reputation as a serious voice in modern independent watchmaking.
